Impeached? Not really.

According to the Constitution, a President is not Impeached until the House tells the Senate. “Impeachment” under the Constitution means the House must send its approved articles off to the Senate, with House managers standing up in the Senate and saying the president is impeached. So the House of Representatives is supposed to pass a resolution formally naming impeachment managers to present their case to the Senate for removing President Trump from office. Speaker Nancy Pelosi has stated that Democrats may delay this resolution. They have also failed to send the Impeachment Articles to the Senate.
