WHAT I HEARD AND UNDERSTOOD: Mr Biden has pledged to make the fight against climate change a top priority of his administration.
WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND: One of the first things he did was cancel the Keystone XL Pipeline. 11,000 jobs now gone, just like that. While there is no alternative for the use of fossil fuel, Biden has added to the despair of these families, and will now revert the delivery of oil back to railway and trucks, sounds like more pollution?
One would surmise that Biden blocking the pipeline won’t necessarily stop oil transportation. So, what was the point?
