The U.N. human rights chief Michelle Bachelet said she had received credible reports of serious violations committed by the Taliban in Afghanistan, including ‘summary executions’ of civilians and Afghan security forces who have surrendered.
After the US-backed Afghan government collapsed to the Taliban on Sunday, President Biden and numerous top administration officials openly blamed the Trump administration for the crisis.
